So this week was not only the 1st week of a new year but also the 1st week of a new health plan. This week was tough and aggravating. Day 1, Monday, I weighted in at 132 and each day I was down one (131) then back up one (132) and when I weighed in today I was 132 again. I did good with eating the healthy things, eating every 3 hours light meals. I probably need to drink a couple more glasses of water. But I went to the gym everyday except today. I enjoy doing the R.I.P.P.E.D class with Susan at Golds. That class really wears you out.
Also I have been thinking about redo-ing our cabinets in our kitchen and bathrooms. I've been thinking maybe brown in the bathrooms but now that I've put some thought into it I may just do brown in the guest bath and maybe gray in ours and then for the kitchen I'm still deciding. Pinterest has been helpful, but I will update you on that. But I think it's almost time for some football. GO FALCONS!!
